• Health care directive: document in which you state your wishes as to your health care in the event you’re unable to speak for yourself. Health care directive may also appointment someone else to make your healthcare decisions in the event you’re unable to make those decisions for yourself.
  
  
• Heirs: those who are entitled by law to inherit your estate if you die intestate (without a will)
  
  
• Holographic Will: will which is not witnessed and which is handwritten by the person making the will. Legal in some states, but not recommended.
