Do I need a trust?

To determine if you need a trust, please answer the following questions.

• Is your estate worth more than $2 million?
• Do you want to plan for an orderly disposition of your assets?
• Would you like to avoid probate, probate fees and the delays in probate court?
• Do you have minor children and would you like to provide for their care without having to follow complicated probate laws?
